Sandy holds a BBA in Accounting from the University Of Texas (1982) and obtained her CPA license in 1986. With almost 40 years of experience, Sandy oversees the accounting needs of Maltby Builders.

Randy has over 40 years of experience in construction and construction design. He plans, designs, and works with engineers and project managers on the construction projects to offer a unique and collaborative experience for our clients.

Caleb oversees the construction of our building projects across South Texas. He works hand in hand with site managers, in house designer, MBI and independent contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are being worked on efficiently and timely. Caleb has a BBA in Logistic/Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University (2012).

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve draws up, estimates, and determines the overall costs of new or existing construction projects. He also works to manage and oversee MBI construction projects.

Bill works to ensure that MBI’s quality and safety measures remain our top priority across all projects. He also manages scheduling with various vendors and contractors for our job sites and acts as a liaison between architects, engineers, our staff, and our clients.

Sheila serves as our mainline to Maltby Builders. She helps to maintain client and employee relations and offer the inquiring public general assistance, should you have and questions about Maltby Builder’s Inc or who to contact for additional information.
